Refund Policy
Hauzovora Inc. stands behind the clarity of our service fee structure. Refunds for management fees are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, generally limited to administrative errors or over-billings. Any approved refund will be credited to the owner’s account within 30 business days. Fees for tenant sourcing are non-refundable once a lease has been executed by both parties.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of property management services, returns are defined as the reversal of authorized funds. For maintenance or repair deposits held in escrow, any unused funds will be returned to the property owner upon the termination of our management agreement, following the final reconciliation of all outstanding vendor invoices and administrative costs.
